► TOPCA membership runs annually from January 1 - December 31.  We welcome new members anytime!  Memberships or renewals received after November 1st apply to the end of the next calendar year.

► Membership is open to all who live or work in the Port Credit District, from Seneca Avenue on the eastern boundary, to the entire Shawnmarr Road development on the west edge, and from the CNR line south to the Lake.

► DONATE:  You can help support TOPCA’s many community activities whether you live in Port Credit or just visit from time to time!  TOPCA is a volunteer, not-for-profit residents' association but not a registered charity.  We cannot issue tax receipts, but all contributions will be gratefully accepted and acknowledged!  Consider $5, 10, 25 -- thanks for any amount!

Q:  What is a ratepayers’ or residents’ association?

A:  Such associations are recognized by the City as speaking for a group of residents with common interests, within defined boundaries.  These associations receive regular communications from their Councillor in order that members are well-informed on issues in their area.

Q:  Why should I belong to a residents' association?

A:  As citizens we have the responsibility to speak up on issues that concern us.  Ratepayer or residents’ groups enable us to speak collectively, the better to be heard by those who make the decisions at City Council.  Even if you don’t wish to be an active member, you can lend support simply by joining or donating.
