TOPCA ELECTION POLICY: As stated in Article 2 of TOPCA's Constitution, TOPCA has a policy of being non-partisan.

PORT CREDIT All-Candidates Meeting:  April 13, 2011 at CLARKE HALL.

Candidates for the federal Conservative, Green, Liberal, and NDP parties attended, along with an Independent candidate promoting the Capitalist party.  There was a debate format with 6 initial Panel QUESTIONS (click to view) and an open microphone for questions from members of the public. 

Written QUESTIONS (click to view) were also submitted by the public on index cards (34 in total).  NOTE: All candidates were offered the opportunity to submit their written answers to the questions which did not get asked at the meeting.  Click to view the written responses of Richard Barrett, Independent candidate (Capitalist Party).
