UPDATE: December 2024 - PUBLIC MEETING: In-person and Virtual statutory meeting on Monday, December 9, 2024 @ 6:00 pm at the City's Planning and Development Committee (PDC).
▶ View PDC Agenda (Item 6.2). The Recommendation Report (7p PDF) is posted as an attachment, and states "Staff are satisfied with the changes to the proposal and find them to be acceptable from a planning standpoint and recommend that the applications be approved based on the following:"
- the proposal is located within an intensification area and will help support public transit
- the built form respects the surrounding planned context
- the design of the site is respectful of heritage buildings
- provides a public park that improves connectivity
- includes at-grade commercial space that will help animate the area and is compatible with surrounding uses.

November 2022 - APPLICATION RESUBMITTED: Based on Planning Dept. and public comments received concerning the original submission, a Planning Addendum - October 2022 (16p PDF) was prepared and posted with the resubmitted application. See sidebar for link.
"This addendum focuses on the key changes introduced to the development since the previous submission, including responses to feedback received on the application from City of Mississauga staff, the Mississauga Urban Design Review Panel, and other commenting agencies. The refinements which have been made also consider feedback and discussions with City of Mississauga staff and the local community, including the Town of Port Credit Association (TOPCA) and the Port Credit Business Improvement Area."

February 2022 - APPLICATION IN PROCESS: 10 West GO GP Inc. has submitted plans to redevelop the existing Bowling Green site and additional lands at 17 & 19 Ann Street, 84 & 90 High Street East and 91 Park Street East on the block bound by Park Street East, Ann Street, High Street East and Hurontario Street (map).
PROPOSAL: Block development featuring a 22-storey, 359 unit residential condominium with 283 car parking spaces, 287 bicycle parking spaces, ground floor commercial uses, retention of two historic buildings to be used for commercial and residential uses, and a public park created by a land swap between the Bowling Green site and the two heritage properties on High Street (key statistics).

VIRTUAL COMMUNITY MEETING: Councillor Stephen Dasko hosted a virtual Community Meeting on December 1, 2021 to allow the applicant and City planning staff to hear early reaction of the local residents.
