TOPCA AGM: The most recent TOPCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on November 4, 2009 at Clarke Hall.  The Executive slate was presented and approved by the membership.  Officers for 2010 (per above) were appointed at the TOPCA Executive Meetings on December 20, 2009 and June 23, 2010.
